The BISACash Co-Branding TapCash Card is a co-branded electronic payment card between BNI and Bank Mestika, featuring a special design that displays both the BNI and Bank Mestika logos. The card is distributed by Bank Mestika and can be used to make payments at all merchants partnered with BNI.
This card serves as an electronic money alternative to cash and functions as a payment instrument.
Terms and Conditions

Obtain your BISACash starter card at any Bank Mestika branch.

Available for both Bank Mestika customers and non-customers.

The purchase price for each BISACash card is Rp25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah).

The BISACash card is transferable to any party.

The BISACash card is not a deposit product — the balance does not earn interest and is not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

The BISACash card may only be used for transaction purposes.

If the card is lost, stolen, or damaged, the Bank cannot block, replace, or refund the card or its balance (the responsibility lies with the Cardholder).

The Cardholder may only use the BISACash card for transactions when sufficient funds are available on the card.

The maximum balance for a BISACash card, following BNI TapCash regulations, is Rp2,000,000 (two million rupiah).

The maximum top-up limit per month is Rp20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah).

The Cardholder must use and maintain the BISACash card in accordance with the provided user guide.
Additional Information
- The BISACash card has no expiration date.
- Each BISACash Starter Pack includes the card, terms and conditions, and a user guide.
- The BISACash card can be used at merchants displaying the BNI TapCash logo or merchants partnered with BNI.
- To make transactions, the cardholder must first Top Up (Reload) the balance.
- How to Check Your BISACash Balance:
- Through Digital Banking (MiND by Bank Mestika)
- Via BNI ATMs (cash and non-cash)
- Using EDC machines at BNI branches or partner merchants
- Through the BNI TapCash Go App
- Via E-Commerce / E-Wallet platforms (LinkAja, Gojek, Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, Jenius) using a smartphone with NFC capability
6. Cara Top Up (Isi Ulang) Kartu BISACash:
- Through Digital Banking (MiND by Bank Mestika).
- Via E-Commerce / E-Wallet platforms (LinkAja, Gojek, Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, Bukalapak, Jenius, etc.).
- Using BNI TapCash Vending Machines.
- At Retail Merchants (Alfamart, Indomaret, Alfamidi, Circle K, and other partnered stores).
- At the nearest BNI branch.
Always Update Balance after a successful Top Up. Balance updates through Bank Mestika channels can only be done via Digital Banking (MiND by Bank Mestika).
Customer Complaint Handling
- If the Cardholder wishes to submit a complaint related to BISACash usage, they may do so in writing or verbally by contacting the BNI Call Center or visiting the nearest BNI branch. Complaints must include a copy of the Cardholder’s ID and any relevant supporting documents.
- If the Cardholder submits a complaint to Bank Mestika, the Bank will inform and direct the Cardholder to follow the process outlined in point (a).
- BNI will respond to complaints according to its policies and procedures within 14 (fourteen) business days after receiving a complete complaint.
