Terms and Conditions
- Must be an Indonesian Citizen and is required to have an e-KTP (electronic ID card) and NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number). (Customers who do not have an NPWP must check the box "I do not have an NPWP").
- Download the MiND by Bank Mestika application and complete registration for account opening.
Additional Information
- Account opening and closing can only be done on the MiND by Bank Mestika application.
- Savings interest is calculated at the end of each month and credited to the savings account at the beginning of the following month.
- Changes in savings interest rates affect the nominal interest received.
- Any interest income will be subject to tax in accordance with applicable tax regulations and will be charged to the Customer. Tax is levied simultaneously with the interest payment.

Risks
- Transaction failure may occur if there are internet network disruptions.
- Unauthorized use of Password, OTP Code, MiND Debit Card PIN, and transaction PIN that leads to transactions is the Customer's responsibility, and the Bank is released from all claims for damages suffered by the Customer or any party as a result of such transactions. Negligence and leakage of the Password and PIN number, allowing them to be used by others with malicious intent towards the account, is entirely the Customer's responsibility.
- If the MiND Debit Card is misused by others, any resulting loss is the responsibility of the MiND Debit Card owner.
- The Digital Banking account will be frozen if:
- The account is in dormant/inactive status and no transactions have occurred for 12 (twelve) consecutive months .
- The interest earned on the savings cannot cover the administrative fee burden.
- The MiND Debit Card is not activated within 90 (ninety) calendar days since the Customer opened the account and created the MiND Debit Card PIN through Digital Banking.
