MiND Debit Card

The MiND Debit Card is a feature of the My MiND – Main Account for Digital Banking customers of MiND by Bank Mestika.

Benefits

Transaction with Ease

Provides flexibility, convenience, and benefits for transactions such as cash withdrawals and transfers at all Bank Mestika CRMs as well as through the ATM Bersama and Prima networks.

Deposit and Withdraw

Can be used for cash deposits and withdrawals at any Bank Mestika CRM equipped with deposit and withdrawal features.

GPN Logo

Can be used as a Debit Card for purchase transactions at merchants with EDC machines bearing the GPN (Gerbang Pembayaran Nasional/National Payment Gateway) logo.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) and have an e-KTP and Tax Identification Number (NPWP) (customers who do not have an NPWP must check the box “I do not have an NPWP”).
  2. Must have opened a MY MiND – Main Account.
  3. The MiND Debit Card facility will be terminated if the account is closed.
  4. The Personal Identification Number (PIN) of the MiND Debit Card is the responsibility of the cardholder and must not be disclosed to anyone. The MiND Debit Card PIN should be changed regularly.

 

Additional Information

  1. If the MiND Debit Card is damaged or lost, the customer can request a new MiND Debit Card through the MiND by Bank Mestika application.
  2. In the event of the customer’s death, the closure of the MiND Debit Card by the heir must comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

 

Risks

  1. Transaction failures may occur due to network or terminal disruptions.
  2. The unauthorized use of the MiND Debit Card, its PIN, or CVV code that results in transactions shall be the full responsibility of the customer, and the Bank shall be released from any claims or losses incurred by the customer or any other party arising from such transactions. Negligence or disclosure of the PIN number that allows others to misuse it with malicious intent toward the account shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  3. The MiND by Bank Mestika application will be frozen if the customer does not activate the MiND Debit Card and create the MiND Debit Card PIN through Digital Banking within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of account opening.
