A term deposit in Indonesian Rupiah that can be opened and funded online through the MiND Digital Banking App by Bank Mestika, with flexible tenors ranging from 1 (one) to 12 (twelve) months.

 

Maturity Instruction Options:
a. ARO (Automatic Roll Over) – Principal and Interest
Upon maturity, both the principal and interest will be automatically renewed for the next term based on the tenor chosen when opening the Online Deposit account.

b. ARO – Principal Only, Interest Transfer
Upon maturity, the principal amount will be automatically renewed for the next term based on the chosen tenor, while the interest will be transferred to the source account.

c. Non-Automatic Roll Over (Non-ARO) / Single Maturity
Upon maturity, both the principal and interest will be transferred to the source account.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) registered as a Digital Banking user.

  2. Must have a Bank Mestika account as the source of funds, with the following criteria:

    • In Indonesian Rupiah

    • Account type: My MiND

  3. Online Deposit account openings can be made on business days during bank operational hours, before the cut-off time at 18:00 WIB.

  4. Sufficient funds must be available in the source account before the Online Deposit opening instruction is processed by the Bank.

  5. The depositor must choose a preferred deposit tenor, which cannot be changed until the deposit reaches maturity.

 

Risks

  1. Early withdrawal of an Online Deposit before maturity will incur a penalty fee of 1% of the deposit’s principal amount.

  2. If the depositor withdraws the Online Deposit before its maturity date, no interest will be paid, and a penalty fee will apply — the amount of which may change from time to time in accordance with Bank policy.
